摘  要:介绍了新钢第二炼钢厂KR-BOF-CAS-RH-CC生产冷轧无取向电工钢50W250的情况,论述了S,P,C,Als,Si的控制措施及效果,研究了提高RH脱硫率和脱碳的方法,探究了连铸中通过合理确定结晶器下口宽度来控制铸坯的实际宽度。通过生产实践,可扩大公司电工钢产品覆盖面,提高公司电工钢生产控制能力,提升产品附加值、扩大产品效益。In this paper, the process practice of KR-BOF-CAS-RH-CC was introduced for cold-rolled non-oriented silicon steel 50W250 at Xinyu Steel company. The control measure and effectiveness for the main elements as S, P, C, Als, Si were are presented in detail. Finally, the dccarbonization and desulfurization during the process of RH refining were investigated. The actual width of the slab is controlled by reasonably determining the width of mould outlet in continuous casting. The production practice can expand the coverage of electrical steel products, improve production control ability of electrical steel, enhance added value of product and expand product efficiency.
