摘　　要：软水密闭循环冷却系统是当前高炉普遍采用的冷却形式,常熟某钢厂2号高炉软水冷却系统采用总环管供水、4分区及区内交叉回水、脱汽灌自动调压调水位、备用柴油泵自动冷却风口中套和热风炉、紧急情况汽化冷却等设计,使该高炉冷却系统具备安全、经济、易维护等特点。The soft water closed circulation system is widely used in BF cooling. The No. 2 blast furnace soft water cooling system of a steel plant in Changshu adopts loop water supply, 4 district and district cross backwater, automatic adjustment of the pressure and water level of the degassing tank, standby diesel pump in tuyere cooler holder, and emergency evaporative cooling etc. The BF cooling system has the characteristics of safety, economy and easy maintenance.
