摘  要:针对竖炉球盘刮刀使用寿命短、球盘盘底黏料严重、工人劳动强度高的问题,采取了一系列改进措施,包括:优化刮刀结构尺寸、创新刮刀杆及固定方式、增加刮刀数量、改进刮刀轴的结构等。竖炉球盘刮刀工艺技术的改进,使球盘刮刀使用寿命提高到原来的3倍,提高了造球盘的成球性能和生球质量;使盘内积料大幅减少,降低了操作工清理盘内积料的劳动强度;使刮刀架拆卸方便,便于检修安装,降低了维修工人的劳动强度。Aiming at the problem that the service life of the scraper shaft is short, the sticking weight of the disk is serious and the labor intensity is high, a series of improvement measures are adopted. By optimizing the size of the scraper structure, innovating blade and fixed way, increasing the number of scraper, improving the structure of the blade shaft, etc., the ball scraper life is increased to 3 times the original, improving the ball performance and ball quality. The plate material significantly reduced, reducing labor intensity of cleaning the material within the disk. The scraper is easy to dismantle with easy maintenance and installation, reducin~ the labor intensity of the maintenance workers.
