摘　　要：针对冶金粉末零件的缺陷,从压制过程、烧结过程、热处理过程三个方面通过金相分析的方法具体分析产生缺陷的原因,从而可根据原因采取措施指导生产、提高质量。粉末冶金这种绿色环保、先进的技术已经广泛地应用于家电、汽车等一大批制造领域中。Aiming at the defects of metallurgical powder pans, this paper analyzes the reasons for defects in the pressing process, sintering process, heat treatment process through metallographie analysis, so as to take measures to guide production and improve the quali.ly. Powder metallurgy, a kind of green and advanced technology, has been＂ widely used in a large number of manufacturing fields, such as home appliances and automobiles.
