航空维修差错管控绩效测度问卷编制及信效度检验

摘　　要：在文献分析和专家访谈的基础上,结合维修差错管理特点编制差错管控绩效测度问卷。对问卷数据进行条目分析和探索性因素分析确定问卷条目和结构,采用克朗巴赫法进行同质信度分析,运用内容效度比进行效度分析,问卷包含6个维度(政策和程序、技术文件、组织机构、设施及环境、持续性培训及安全文化)共26个条目。问卷信效分析结论表明,问卷结构、同质信度、内容效度达到测量要求,实例验证了维修差错管控绩效问卷编制的科学性和适用性,表明该问卷适用于航空维修单位差错管控绩效测度分析,为下一步开展差错管控绩效分析提供基础。Based on the literature analysis and expert interviews, error control measurement questionnaire is made with combination of the characteristics of maintenance error management. The questionnaire contains 26 entries in 6 dimensions （policies and procedures, technical documentation, facilities and environment, continuing training, organization and safety culture） with the homogeneity reliabilities evaluated using the Cronbach＇s method, and the content validities evaluated according to the content validity ratios. The results of the questionnaire analysis show that the questionnaire structure, homogeneity reliability and content validity reach the measurement requirements, and the example verifies the scientific and applicability of the compilation of the performance questionnaire, providing a basis for the aviation maintenance error control performance evaluation.
