遮阴对冷季型草坪草叶绿素含量和生物量的影响

摘　　要：为了综合评价冷季型草坪草种的耐荫能力,选取4种冷季型草坪草的5个品种,研究了0%、37%、63%、81%和96%5个梯度的遮阴处理对叶绿素a含量与生物量的影响。结果表明:在中低遮阴强度下,叶绿素a随着遮阴时间的延长呈正相关,在高遮阴强度下,则随着时间的延长呈负相关;单株干重、单株苗数在低遮阴强度下均呈正相关,在高遮阴强度下,各草种均呈负相关,但草种间下降的速率不一致;单株成穗数对遮阴反应最为明显,其中,润草1号在94.6%遮阴处理仍然有少量成穗,艾德王在80.1%时成穗为零,其他品种均有少量成穗。Comprehensive evaluation on shading tolerance of several cool season turfgrass seedlings（ 4 cool season grass species,5 varieties） were conducted under 5 shading rates（ 0%,37%,63%,81% and 96%） through measuring the chlorophyll content and biomass.Results showed that 1） the content of chlorophyll a was positively correlated with shading time under low medium shading stress,and negatively correlated under high shading stress; 2） dry weight and seedlings number were positively correlated with shading time under low shading stress,lifting varied under moderate shading stress,and negatively correlated with shading time under high shading stress,but the decline rates were different among species; 3） the spike number of Advent was 0 under 80.1% shading treatment,and the other varieties had a small amount of spike.Runcao No.1 still developed a small amount of spike under 94.6% shading treatment.
