摘　　要：以管理本位为特征的传统图书馆是建立在有形信息载体的基础之上。在信息化时代,爆炸性增长的信息、碎片化阅读和电子化信息对传统图书馆的管理模式提出了挑战。作为未来图书馆发展的趋势,读者本位的图书馆管理将要实现从纸质文献到电子文献、从刚性管理到柔性管理和从仓库保管员到知识领航者的三大转型。The traditional library characterized by ＂ management-oriented＂ is built on the basis of ＂ tangible information carrier＂. In the information age,explosive growth of information,fragmentation reading and electronic information have challenged the management of traditional library. As the future trend of the library development,the library management characterized by ＂ reader-oriented＂ will realize three major transformation,namely from the ＂paper＂ to ＂ electronic document＂,from ＂ rigid management＂ to ＂ flexible management＂ and from ＂ warehouse keeper＂ to ＂ knowledge navigator＂.
