摘　　要：目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合症(OSAHS)患者血清长正五聚蛋白3(PTX3)和低氧诱导因子(HIF)-1α水平的变化及与OSAHS的关系。方法根据睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)将90例男性OSAHS患者分为轻度组(21例)、中度组(36例)与重度组(33例),并入选同期30例男性健康者作为对照组。采用ELISA法测定各组血清PTX3和HIF-1α水平,采用Pearson法对PTX3和HIF-1α水平与OSAHS疾病程度的关系进行相关性分析。结果 4组PTX3和HIF-1α比较,均有显著差异(P<0.01),从低到高依次为对照组、轻度组、中度组与重度组。相关性分析显示,血清PTX3水平和HIF-1α变化与OSAHS疾病程度变化呈正相关(r=0.966、0.961,P<0.01)。结论血清PTX3和HIF-1α水平与OSAHS患者疾病程度呈正相关,检测这两项指标有助于判断OSAHS疾病程度。Objective To explore the relation of the changes in the levels of serum long pentraxin 3 （PTX3） and hypoxia- inducible factor （HIF）-1α with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome （OSAHS） in the patients with OSAHS. Methods A total of 90 male patients with OSAHS were divided into a minor group（n=21）, a moderate group（n=36） and a severe group （n=33） according to the apnea-hypopnea indexes （AHI）, and another 30 male healthy persons were selected to constitute a control group. ELISA method was used for determining the levels of serum PTX3 and HIF-1α in each group and Pearson method applied to conducting correlation analysis on the relation of PTX3 and HIF-1α levels with the degree of OSAHS. Results There was significant difference in the PTX3 and HIF-1α among the four groups （P 〈 0.01）, and the order from low to high was： the control group, the minor group, the moderate group and the severe group. Correlation analysis showed that the changes in the levels of serum FTX3 and HIF-1α were positively correlated with the degree of OSAHS （r=0.966, 0.961, P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The levels of serum PTX3 and HIF-1α are positively correlated with the degree of OSAHS. Therefore, the determination of the two indexes is helpful for the judgment of the degree of OSAHS.
