摘 要:在激光阵列辅助下,基于立体成像计算机视觉建立了一套非接触多点波高测量系统(NIFSM),根据自适应均值方法改进了激光光斑筛选匹配算法.根据圆柱绕射波面仿真结果制作了3D打印模型,对模型测量结果的对比表明所发展的测量系统和算法可行有效并具有较高的精度.针对实际问题,在波浪水槽中测量了规则波圆柱绕射波面,将圆柱周围多点测量值与电容式浪高仪测量结果对比,波高和周期均吻合良好,最大相对误差小于5%,实验结果表明NIFSM在实验室环境中能够准确有效测量一定区域范围内多点的波面时间序列,并可重构瞬时波面,可作为一种具有广泛用途的非接触式多点波面测量技术.As a non-intrusive measuring technique, middle-scale free surface measurement system(NIFSM) is presented based on the projection of laser beams onto water surface. The proposed system and image-processing algorithm have been verified by the measuring results for a free surface model of wave diffraction around a cylinder. For potential applications in wave flume, both wave period and height are in good agreement with the experiment data obtained by capacitance wave gauge, with the maximum relative error around 5%, which demonstrates that the proposed NIFSM can be used to measure the complex three-dimensional wave efficiently and precisely in laboratory.
