摘　　要：科技是信息作为社会学术传播、国家战略布局、高等学校科教指导、技术研发的重要渠道和来源。然而,信息技术的危机导致相当一部分有价值的资料不能及时的获取,以致于信息失效或者丢失。而作为培养信息传播的高等学校、网络媒体和学术组织,有必要建设完善健全的科技信息系统,开发辽阔的网络信息化管理,以便于提高信息利用率;建立具有卓越译制水平的信息翻译队伍,采用更为高效的职业化科学管理,以促使社会信息发展和长足的进步。Information technology provides an important channel and serves as a crucial source for social and academic communication, national strategic layout, scientific and educational guidance in colleges and universities, and technology progress. However, the relevant crisis has resulted in the lack of timely access to a considerable number of valuable data, causing a loss or invalidation of information. For media and academic organizations who are responsible for information dissemination, it is necessary to improve the technology of information system construction and network information management, in order to improve the utilization of information. The establishment of excellent information translation team, with more efficient occupation of scientific management can promote the development of information society.
