摘 要:目的利用超声造影技术评价均质低回声颈动脉斑块内新生血管形成的价值。方法选取我院临床诊断缺血性脑血管病患者33例,男27例,女6例,年龄52~79岁,平均65.5岁,所有患者均行颈动脉常规超声与颈动脉超声造影检查,并经头MRI检查证实有新发、陈旧性脑梗灶。结果经颈动脉常规超声检查共检出颈总、颈内动脉斑块42个,斑块厚度0.34~0.59cm,平均0.47cm,长度1.0~3.2cm,平均2.1cm。经颈动脉超声造影检查所有颈动脉斑块均检出斑块内部新生血管形成。结论颈动脉超声造影为颈动脉斑块内新生血管检测首选影像方法。Objective Evaluating the value of neovascularization in homogeneous hypoechoic carotid plaques u- sing contrast enhanced ultrasound. Methods Selecting 33 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease in our hospi- tal from, 27 males and 6 females, aged 52-79 years, with an average age of 65.5 years. All patients underwent rou- tine carotid ultrasound examination and contrast-enhanced ultrasound, and confirmed the new and old focal cerebral in- farction by MRI examination. Results The carotid and internal carotid artery plaques were detected by routine carotid ultrasonography in 42 cases. The thickness of plaque was 0.34-0.59 cm, the average thickness was 0.47 cm, the length was 1.0- 3.2 cm, and the average length was 2.1 cm. Detecting carotid neovascularization in all carotid plaques by carotid contrast-enhanced ultrasound. Conclusions Carotid contrast-enhanced ultrasound is the first ima- ging method for detecting neovascularization in carotid plaques.
