摘  要:目的应用磁共振弥散张量成像(DTI)对早发精神分裂症(EOS)患者的脑部钩束进行研究,探讨其白质微结构改变与临床症状的关系。方法使用西门子3.0 T磁共振对25例EOS患者和18例正常人进行脑部DTI检查,将得到的双侧钩束的部分各向异性(FA)值进行统计学分析。结果 EOS患者左右侧钩束的FA值分别为0.55±0.14和0.57±0.13。相比对照组,EOS组左右钩束FA值显著增加(左侧:P=0.001,右侧:P=0.002)。结论钩束的FA值异常有助于早发精神分裂症的早期诊断和鉴别。Objective To study the unciform fasciculus of patients with early-onset schizophrenia (EOS) using MR diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) , and to investigate the relationship between the white matter microstructure change and clinical symptoms. Methods DTI at 3.0 T MR was performed on 25 patients with EOS and 18 controls. Fractonal anisotropy (FA) values of bilateral unciform fasciculus were obtained for statistical analysis. Results Mean FA values of the bilateral unciform fasciculus in patients with EOS were 0,55 ± 0.14 and 0.57 ± 0.13 respectively, which were signigicantly higher than those of the control group (LeftP=0.001, Right: P = 0.002) . Conclusion Abnormality of FA values of the unciform fasciculus may be helpful for the early diagnosis and differentiation of EOS.
