MR扩散张量成像对正常人脑皮质脊髓束生长发育规律的分析

摘　　要：目的通过测得不同年龄、性别正常人皮质脊髓束的磁共振扩散张量成像(DTI)参数值,为定量分析脑内白质纤维束的微观改变提供基础。方法健康志愿者100例,按年龄分5组,每组20例,其中男女人数各半。采集人脑常规MRI及DTI图像,测量双侧大脑脚、内囊后肢及半卵圆中心的ADC值和FA值,比较不同年龄组间ADC值和FA值的差异,分析ADC值和FA值与年龄的关系。结果不同皮质脊髓束部位左右侧ADC值和FA值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同性别各部位的ADC值及FA值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同年龄组大脑脚、内囊后肢及半卵圆中心ADC值比较差异有统计学意义(F值:21.43、43.31、39.24,P值:0.00、0.00、0.00);FA值比较差异有统计学意义(F值:20.04、4.43、6.20,P值:0.00、0.02、0.00)。结论正常人脑皮质脊髓束DTI参数左右对称,男女一致,但不同年龄段皮质脊髓束的ADC值和FA值有一定的变化趋势。Objective To investigate the feasibility of using the measured DTI parameters in corticospinal tracts for the quantitative analysis of microscopic changes of white matter tracts in the brain. Methods 100 healthy volunteers were divided into 5 groups according to age with 20 in each group inclusing 10 men and 10 women. Conventional MRI and DTI images were acquired and the ADC and FA value were estimated in bilateral cerebral peduncle, posterior limb of the internal capsule and semioval center. The ADC and FA values were compared among different groups and the correlations of ADC and FA with age were analyzed. Results There were no significant difference in the ADC and FA values between left and right side of corticospinal tract （P 〉 0.05） or between different gender （P 〉 0.05） ; There were statistical significance in the ADC values among the different age groups （F value： 21.43, 43.31, 39.24, P value： 0.00, 0.00, 0.00） ; there were also statistical significance in the FA values among different age groups（F value： 20.04, 4.43, 6.20, P value： 0.00, 0.02, 0.00） . Conclusion The normal human DTI parameter are symmetry in corticospinal tracts, Male and female consensus, but the ADC and FA values in different ages have some variation trend.
