摘 要:目的分析比较培养法和超高倍显微镜法对阴道分泌物支原体的检测结果。方法采集该中心2015年1月—2016年12月性病门诊高度怀疑支原体感染的218例女性患者阴道分泌物无菌拭子各两份,分别采用培养法和超高倍显微镜法检测支原体。结果培养法和超高倍镜检法检测支原体阳性率分别为20.64%(45/218)、26.61%(58/218),两者比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=121.76,P<0.01),超高倍镜检法阳性率略高于培养法。超高倍镜检法灵敏度为84.44%(38/45),特异度为88.44%(153/173),两种方法的符合率为87.61%(191/218)。结论超高倍显微镜检法具有快速、准确、灵敏度和特异度高等优点,对支原体感染有较好的诊断价值。Objective To analyze and compare the test results of culture method and super high power microscopic method in testing the mycoplasma vaginal discharges. Methods Two pieces of sterile swabs of vaginal discharges of 218 cases of female patients highly suspected with mycoplasma infection in the sex disease outpatient from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected and the mycoplasma was respectively tested by the culture method and super high power microscopic method. Results The positive rates of super high power microscopic method in testing the mycoplasma were respectively 20.64%(45/218) and 26.61%(58/218), and the differences between the two groups were obvious(χ~2=121.76,P〈0.01), the positive rate of super high power microscopic method was slightly higher than that of culture method, and the sensitivity and specificity of the super high power microscopic method were respectively 84.44%(38/45) and 88.44%(153/173), and the coincidence rate of the two methods was 87.61%(191/218). Conclusion The super high power microscopic method is rapid and accurate with high sensitivity and specificity, which is of a better diagnosis value to the mycoplasma infection.
