摘　　要：目的分析鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉疗效。方法以2011年4月—2016年12月为研究时段,选取280例该院收治的慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者作为研究样本,所有患者均采用鼻内镜手术治疗。而后对患者对的各项临床指标、临床疗效以及并发症发生率进行分析。结果治疗后,患者术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间分别为(186.7±23.8)m L、(52.9±10.13)min、(7.22±1.46)d;治疗后显效+有效共270例,总有效率为96.43%;治疗后9例患者出现并发症状,并发症发生率为3.21%。结论鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉疗效显著,提高了治疗效果的同时,大大降低了并发症的发生率。Objective To analyze the curative effect of nasal endoscopic surgery in treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods 280 cases of patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2011 to December 2016 were selected as the research samples, and all patients were treated with nasal endoscopic surgery, and various clinical indexes, clinical curative effect and incidence rate of complications were analyzed. Results After treatment, the intraoperative bleeding amount, operation time and length of stay were respectively（186.7±23.8）m L,（52.9±10.13）min,（7.22±1.46）d, and there were 270 markedly effective and effective cases after treatment, the total effective rate was 96.43%, after treatment, the complications occurred to 9 cases, and the incidence rate of complications was 3.21%. Conclusion The curative effect of nasal endoscopic surgery in treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps is obvious, which can improve the treatment effect and greatly reduce the incidence rate of complications.
