摘　　要：探讨了医院如何利用HIMSS标准构建医疗质量质控体系,详细介绍了医疗质控体系中病历质控、电子用药管理系统、预警管理、授权管理、抗菌药物管理、医嘱闭环管理、临床路径管理、医院决策管理平台等的具体内容,并对体系的应用过程进行了分析。With the transformation of medical patterns and change of medical needs, the requirements for the improve-ment of health care quality has been proposed in a higher place ever than before. The paper aims at discussing how does the hos- pital use the HIMSS standard to build and implement the internal mechanism build system within the model of medical quality promotion, in order to realize the real and complete real-time health care quality monitoring system in hospital.
