摘  要:依据JCI评审标准,通过完善质量管理体系、安全文化调查、不良事件管理、风险管理及员工培训等策略,建立了医院安全文化。与2014年相比,2015年安全文化正向反应率提高了5.85%,2016年不良事件上报率提高了0.53‰,其中自主报告比例提高了22.41%,造成伤害事件发生率降低了0.007‰,医疗纠纷赔付额减少了67.68%。According to the JCI accreditation standard, the hospital safety culture should be established and improved by improving the quality management system, safety culture investigation, adverse event management, risk man agement and staff training. Compared with 2014, the safety culture response rate increased by 5.85%o in 2015. In 2016,the reporting rate of adverse events increased by 0.53‰, of which the proportion of self-reporting increased by 22.41%.The incidence of harm event reduced by 0.007‰, and the medical dispute claims decreased by 67.68%.
