摘　　要：在 LNG项目中,深冷保温材料的选型、预制及建造过程中的材料管理是是影响保温质量和施工成本的 关键因素.由于管线的尺寸及操作温度的不-致,硬质保温材料在安装时需要预制成不同规格.论文以某大 型 LNG项目为研究对象,从预制标准、材料粘接、切割排版、设备选型等多方面分析了泡沫玻璃的预制方 法.还结合该LNG项目分析泡沫玻璃材料管理方法,以有效减少材料损耗及安装过程中的不可控因素.Selection, fabrication and management of cryogenic insulation material in LNG project are critical factors in quality of insulation and construction cost. With respect to various pipe sizes and operating temperatures, insulation material should be prefabricated with multiple types. In this paper, a large LNG project is investigated from the view of manufacturing standards, adhesion of material, cutting layout and selection of equipment. Management of insulation material is researched for reducing wastage in construction and avoiding uncontrollable factors.
