摘  要:智能完井技术是智能生产油田智能钻完井领域的关键技术,它集远程控制、地层流体控制于一体;因其数字化、智能化的特点,在优化生产效率、提高采收率及降低油气井生产管理维修费用等方面优势显著.目前,智能完井技术得到国内外的广泛关注,其中Well Dynamics和Baker Hughes公司在智能完井领域处于国际领先地位,我国某油田开发的Hydraulic Remotely--controlwell(远程液压控制井)智能完井技术仅采用地面液压控制,井底不安装传感器,该技术尚未达到标准智能完井的要求.论文介绍了以直接液力驱动电缆测量的智能完井系统总体设计方案,通过问题分析和方案改进,旨在使该系统适用于海油海试井,开发并形成一套少层控制但稳定控制的智能完井商业化产品,填补我国在标准智能完井领域的空白,为海油在深水开发和复杂井开发领域提供新的技术支持.Intelligent Completion Technology is the key technology in intelligent production in oil fields, with integration of remote control and fluid control. It has remarkable advantages in optimizing production efficiency, improving oil recovery, reducing costs of production and management of oil and gas wells because of its digital and intelligent characteristics. At present, intelligent completion technology has attracted extensive attention both here and abroad. Well Dynamics and Baker Hughes Company are international leaders in the field of intelligent completion. Hydraulic remotely-control well (remote hydraulic control well) intelligent completion technique has been used in some oilfields in China, but only ground hydraulic control is performed, without installation of sensors on the bottom of the well. The technology has not yet reached requirements of the standard intelligent completion. This paper introduces the overall design scheme of the intelligent completion system with cable measurement and direct hydraulic drive, which is suitable for the development of the offshore oil well testing, and formed a set of commercial products of intelligent completion, and fill the gaps in standard intelligent completion, and provide a new technical support for development of complex wells in deep-water.
