摘 要:深海油气开发中,发电机是海洋平台必备电源.深海油气开采平台离陆岸较远,平台所在位置海水较深,不便于进行平台之间电力组网,各个平台作为独立电站,采用单端电源供电,稳定性较为薄弱.发电机继电保护方案的配置是发电机安全可靠运行的前提基础,是电力设计者的重要任务.合理的继电整定配置,可以有效地保护燃气轮发电机,并能提高平台电力系统运行的安全性、可靠性.论文结合某深海天然气平台,简要介绍该平台电力系统组成,探讨了该平台燃气轮发电机继电保护配置方案.归纳了继电保护方案的配置方法及最终方案的确定方法,为发电机配置高性能的继电保护方案提供了理论基础.保护的动作可靠性极大提高,此经验值得推广.In the development of deep sea oil and gas, generator is an essential power supply on the center offshore platform, which is far away from the shore. It is not easy to conduct power network between platforms, and each platform serves as an independent power plant, using single ended power supply with weak stability. Configuration scheme of relay protection of the generator is the premise foundation for its safe and reliable operation, and is an important task of power designers. Reasonable setting the relay can effectively protect the gas turbine generator, and improve the safety and reliability of the platform power system. Aimed at the gas platform in deep sea, the paper briefly introduces the components of the power system on the platform, and discusses the configuration scheme of relay protection for the gas turbine generator. How to make configuration scheme of relay protection and determination of the final scheme is summarized. This paper provides a theoretical basis for configuring high-performance relay protection for generators. The reliability of protection is improved greatly, and this experience is worth popularizing.
