摘　　要：基于探索性案例分析的方法和框架,立足于规则、知识、产权三种要素,对卷烟产业与乳制品产业服务模块化价值网络治理机制进行比较。研究发现,由于不确定的环境及治理机制的不完善,两种产业服务模块化价值网络治理机制都陷入界面标准化、服务模块松散耦合、模块化分工及集成三大困境;而且,产业环境的差异化致使两个产业服务模块化困境形态不同。为此,提出了界面规则标准与设计程序、分割机制、融合机制、创新机制及共享机制五个维度的改进路径。这不仅能够降低价值网络治理机制运行中的机会主义风险,还有助于促进产业服务模块化价值网络的价值创新。Focus on the case comparison perspective, relying on the methods and frameworks of exploratory case analysis and based on the three elements of the rules, knowledge and property rights, the paper compares the value network governance mechanism of ciga- rette industry and the dairy industry. It is found that the two mechanisms of industrial value network governance fall into probelms ： the interface standardization, loose coupling of service module, modular division and integrated predicament, due to the uncertainty of the environment and the imperfect governance mechanism. Further more differences in industrial environment cause different difficulties in both industries. For this reason, it comes up with 5 improvement paths of the value network modular governance mechanism, including interface rule standard and design process, service modular decomposition mechanism, service modular fusion mechanism, service modularity innovation mechanism and service modular sharing mechanism improvement path. It not only reduces the value of network governance mechanism in the operation of the opportunistic risk, but also helps to enhance the value innovation of the industry modularity value network.
