摘　　要：随着国内城镇改造进程的加快,既有建筑的改造维护需求也随之增加,对已有项目的技术改造势在必行,而 且业主的需求也越来越多.基于此,根据一种系统化的智能算法研发了固强加固计算器,用于房屋结构加固改造项 目.通过输入必要的参数便可生成加固改造的初步方案和加固费用估算,让用户对加固改造项目有直观的认知.该 系统能够使更多的非专业用户加深对加固改造行业的了解,为他们在房屋加固改造实施前期提供帮助,也可为专业 技术人员提供参考.As the process of cities reconstruction accelerates,the demand of reinforcement and maintenance for existing buildings is increased in our country. The technological transformation is inevitable for existing project with growing demand for building owners. Therefore,a cost producer is developed on the basis of a systematic in-telligent algorithm for the reinforcement project of buildings. The initial reinforcement program and coast can be given through inputting some necessary parameters using this caste producer,which allows users to have an intu-itive knowledge of reinforcement projects. More non-professional users can have a deepen understanding for in-dustry of building reinforcement and reconstruction using this cost producer. This cost producer can provide as- sistance for early stage of building reinforcement, and also provide some useful advices for professional personnel.
