摘　　要：南京某展览馆由于使用功能调整,按现行设计规范对原结构进行改造与加固设计.在不影响使用的基础上, 尽可能增加建筑面积,同时解决委托方个性需求.该项目改造与加固设计要点包括：増层设计,地下窗井改造,汽车 坡道改造,构件加固.通过总结上述设计经验,介绍了-些有效的加固改造方法,以供其他类似工程借鉴采用.In order to meet the using demands9renovation and strengthening design was made for the existing structure of an exhibition hall in Nanjing.Based on not effect the use, increase the building area as much as pos- sible, and solve the client’s personality demand at the same time. The key points of the design of an exhibition hall in Nanjing include： storey-adding9rebuilding of underground window wells,rebuilding of car ramp, reinforced members. By summarizing the design points of the above process, some effective methods are introduced,which can be refered by other similar kinds of projects.
