摘 要:为研究各种动物毛纤维红外光谱特征,使用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)对草兔、獭兔、灰鼠以及麝鼠4种动物的毛纤维进行了鉴别分析,得到4种动物背部与腹部2个部位毛纤维的红外特征图谱。结果表明,同种动物背部和腹部毛的红外图谱具有相似性,图谱基本一致;不同种动物毛纤维的红外图谱有明显差异,其中在1 350~600 cm^(-1)波数范围内的差异较大,每种动物毛纤维都分别具有各自的特征性图谱,可进行不同种动物的识别。表明红外光谱对动物毛纤维鉴别具有可行性,具有较好的应用前景。In order to study the characteristics of various animal fiber infrared spectroscopy,Lepus capensis,Rex rabbit,Chinchilla and Muskrat four kinds of animal fibers were identified by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy( FT-IR). The infrared spectra of animal fibers in the back and abdomen of four animals were obtained. The results showed that the infrared spectra of back hair and abdomen hair of the same animal had great similarity. There were significant differences in the infrared spectra of animal fibers of different species. The differences were significant in the wave number range of 1 350 ~600 cm^(-1). The animal fiber of each animal had its own characteristic spectrum,which could be used to identify different species. The study showed that the infrared spectrum was feasible and had good application prospect in the identification of animal fiber.
