摘 要:目的探讨复方丹参饮对急性心力衰竭大鼠生化指标及细胞生长因子的影响。方法 SD雄性大鼠40只,按照随机数字表法分为假手术组、模型组、通心络胶囊组及复方丹参饮(FDT)组,每组10只,每隔12 h灌胃1次,连续灌胃14次。生化法检测各组大鼠谷草转氨酶(AST)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的水平;采用酶联免疫吸附法测定各组大鼠第1、3、7天血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)的水平。结果模型组与假手术组比较,血清AST与LDH水平显著升高,SOD水平明显降低(P<0.05);通心络胶囊组及FDT组与模型组比较,血清AST、LDH水平显著降低,SOD水平显著升高(P<0.05)。与假手术组比较,模型组VEGF、bFGF水平显著升高(P<0.05);通心络胶囊组及FDT组与模型组比较,VEGF、b FGF水平明显升高(P<0.05),且VEGF、bFGF水平在第3天达到高峰,第7天开始降低。结论 FDT通过显著改变血清生化指标水平,对急性心力衰竭大鼠具有明显的保护作用,且能够显著升高VEGF和bFGF水平。Objective To explore the effects of Fufang Danshen Yin(FDT) on the biochemical markers and cell growth factors of a- cute myocardial ischemia(AMI) rats. Methods 40 male SD rats were randomly divided into sham, model, Tongxinluo and FDT groups. The levels of aspartate aminotransferase (AST), superoxide dismutase (SOD), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) were tested by biochemistry method; the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF)were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results The serum AST and LDH levels of sham and model groups were significantly increased, SOD levels were sig- nificantly lower ( P〈0.05 ), Tongxinluo and FDT reduced serum AST and LDH levels, and increased SOD levels (P〈0.05). Compared with those of sham group, VEGF, bFGF levels in model group were increased significantly(P〈0.05), Tongxinluo and FDT increased VEGF, bF- GF levels (P〈0.05). Conclusions FDT could protect heart function of AMI rats through increasing the levels of VEGF and bFGF levels.
