大剂量激素冲击疗法对糖尿病合并神经系统疾病患者的效果及护理

摘　　要：目的观察大剂量激素冲击疗法治疗糖尿病合并神经系统疾病的效果并总结其临床护理方法。方法择取该院2015年7月—2017年5月收治的31例糖尿病合并神经系统疾病患者为研究对象。按临床护理方法不同将纳入对象随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组15例患者采用常规护理方法护理,观察组16例患者接受综合护理干预。比较两组护理满意率。结果观察组护理满意率为93.8%,明显高于对照组60.0%(χ~2=11.024,P<0.05)。结论糖尿病合并神经系统疾病使用大剂量激素治疗是可行且有效的,用药期间施以全方位综合护理干预以确保临床应用安全性,提高治疗效果。Objective To observe the effect of large-dose hormone impulse therapy on the patients with diabetes and nerve system diseases and summarize the clinical nursing method. Methods 31 cases of patients with diabetes and nerve system diseases admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2015 to May 2017 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups, the control group with 15 cases adopted the routine nursing method, while the observation group with 16 cases adopted the comprehensive nursing intervention, and the nursing satisfactory rate was compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfactory rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(93.8% vs 60.0%),(χ~2=11.024,P<0.05). Conclusion The large-dose hormone impulse therapy on the patients with diabetes and nerve system diseases is feasible and effective, and the comprehensive nursing intervention during medication can ensure the safety of clinical medication and improve the treatment effect.
