摘　　要：目的研究糖尿病足患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平的变化及其临床意义。方法选取2014年4月—2015年5月该院收治的75例糖尿病患者为研究对象,分为糖尿病足组(DF组)37例和糖尿病组(DM组)38例,以及31名健康者作为对照组(NC组)。检测Hcy、FFA、C肽及其它生化指标,分析各组之间Hcy水平的变化以及多种生化指标与Hcy升高的相关性。结果 DF组Hcy水平显著高于DM组和NC组,均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示,DF组中的Hcy与年龄、病程、HbA1c、FFA呈正相关(P<0.05);与HDL-C、C肽呈负相关(P<0.01)。二元Logistic回归分析显示Hcy是糖尿病足的影响因素之一。结论 Hcy是糖尿病足的影响因素之一,可作为糖尿病足的预警和诊断参考依据之一。Objective To research the changes and clinical significance of Plasma homocysteine level of diabetes foot patients. Methods 75 cases of diabetes patients from April 2014 to May 2015 were selected as the research objects and divided into the diabetic foot group with 37 cases and diabetes group with 38 cases and 31 cases of health people were selected as the control group, and the Hcy, FFA, C peptide and other biochemical indexes were tested and the changes of Hcy level and correlation between most biochemical indexes and increase of Hcy in each group were analyzed. Results The Hcy level in the DF group was obviously higher than that in the DM group and NC group(P <0.05), and the correlation analysis showed that the Hcy in the DF group was positively correlated with the age, disease course, HbA1c, FFA(P<0.05), negatively correlated with HDL-C and C peptide(P<0.01), and the binary logistic regression analysis showed that Hcy was one of the influence factors of diabetic foot. Conclusion Hcy is one of the influence factors of diabetic foot, which can be used as one of the precaution and diagnosis of diabetic foot.
