循证护理干预对GDM患者血糖的影响及妊娠结局的作用

摘　　要：目的分析循证护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者血糖的影响及妊娠结局的作用。方法选取2015年3月—2016年7月在该院住院的116例妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者作为该次的研究对象,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组58例患者。给予观察组患者实施循证护理干预,给予对照组患者实施常规护理干预,对比两组患者的血糖变化、妊娠结局(产妇并发症及结局、新生儿并发症及结局)、护理满意度。结果观察组患者的血糖变化、并发症及结局均显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05);除窒息率与死亡率外,观察组新生儿的其他并发症及结局均显著优于对照组新生儿(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度为96.55%,对照组患者的护理满意度为82.75%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者实施循证护理干预,对于血糖的控制,保证妊娠期的安全及避免新生儿并发症的发生均有明显的效果,患者满意度高。Objective To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing intervention on the blood glucose of GDM patients and function of gestational outcome. Methods 116 cases of GDM patients diagnosed in our hospital from March 2015 to July 2016 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 58 cases in each, the observation group adopted the evidence-based nursing intervention, while the control group adopted the routine nursing intervention,and the changes of blood glucose, gestational outcomes such as outcomes of delivery women and complications and complications of newborns and outcome and satisfactory degree of nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The changes of blood glucose and complication and outcome in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group(P<0.05), and the other complications and outcomes but the asphyxia rate and morality were obviously better than those in the control group(P <0.05), and the nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group and in the control group was rexspectively 96.55% and 82.75%, and the difference was obvious(P <0.05). Conclusion The evidence-based nursing intervention in GDM patients has an obvious effect on controlling blood glucose, ensuring the safety of gestational period and complications of newborns, and the satisfactory degree of patients is high.
