磁控胶囊内镜上消化道检查中受检者焦虑状况、耐受性和依从性的调查

摘　　要：目的 了解磁控胶囊内镜在上消化道检查中受检者的焦虑状况、耐受性及依从性.方法 纳入2016年4月~2016年10月行上消化道内镜检查的受检者385例,分成研究组（胶囊内镜检查）181例,对照组（胃镜检查）204例.两组检查前均完成焦虑自评量表（SAS）调查,检查结束后完成耐受度和依从性问卷调查.比较两组受检者在焦虑状况、耐受性和依从性方面的差异.结果 研究组完成率为100%（181/181）,对照组完成率为96.1%（196/204）.研究组SAS评分为12~55（29.87±10.53）分,对照组SAS评分为30~69（56.63±9.13）分,两组SAS评分比较P〈0.05;耐受度调查均采用Likert 5级评分法,研究组耐受度分值为（0.017±0.128）分,对照组耐受度分值为（2.657±0.570）分,两组比较P〈0.05;两组依从性比较,P〈0.05.结论 磁控胶囊内镜较常规胃镜检查,受检者不易产生焦虑状况,耐受性好,依从性高,有利于提高上消化道检查的接受度.Objective To investigate subjects＇anxiety, tolerance and compliance in the examination of upper gas- trointestinal tract with magnetically guided capsule endoscopy. Methods 385 patients who underwent endoscopy of upper gastrointestinal tract during Apr. 2016 to Oct. 2016 were enrolled in this study. Subjects were divided into obser- vation group （ magnetically guided capsule endoscopy, n = 181 ） and control group （ gastroscopy, n = 204 ）. All subjects were investigated with an anxiety self- assessment scale （SAS）before examination and a tolerance- satisfaction ques- tionnaire after examination. The differences on anxiety, tolerance and compliance between two groups were compared. Results 181 patients in observation group completed magnetically guided capsule endoscopy with completion rate 100% （181/181）. 196 patients in control group completed gastroscopy with completion rate 96.1% （196/204）. SAS scores were 12 - 55 （29.87 ±10.53 ） in observation group and 30- 69 （56.63± 9.13 ） in control group. There was sig- nificant difference on SAS scores between the two groups（P 〈0.05）. A five -point Likert format was used for toler- ance items. Tolerance scores were significantly lower in observation group（0. 017 ±0. 128） than those in control group （2. 657 ± 0. 570） （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The difference on compliance between two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Magnetically guided capsule endoscopy avoid anxiety and discomfort and can improve compli- ance and acceptability of patients.
