摘　　要：临港物流产业作为海洋运输业与港口物流业的结合点,对临港物流产业的发展研究不仅有利于海洋运输业和港口物流业的发展,也为国民经济的增长带来新的转折点。随着海洋经济的发展、海洋战略的实施,以及国家对海洋经济和物流产业的重视程度日益增加,临港物流产业的发展成为传统港口物流业转型的切入点。文章在对物流产业、临港产业、海洋经济及港口业相关研究文献整理的基础上,从临港物流产业的内涵、形成机理、特征、发展模式等方面对其进行了研究,以期为临港物流产业的发展提供理论参考。The research on the development of port logistics industry,which serves as the combination of marine transportation and port logistics industry,are not only beneficial to the development of marine transportation and port logistics,but also bring new turning point for the growth of the national economy.With the development of ocean economy and the implementation of the strategy of ocean,the development of portvicinity logistics industry has become the breakthrough point of traditional port logistic transformation.On the base of relevant research literature collection of logistics industry,portvicinity industry,ocean economy and port industry,this article studied the portvicinity logistics industry from the perspectives of the connotation,the formation mechanism of port logistics industry,characteristics,development patterns and other aspects in order to provide theoretical reference for the later studies on the development of portvicinity industry.
