摘 要:为制备具有抗菌功能的聚丙烯SMS无纺布,实验选择了3种具有代表性的无纺布样,采用浸轧工艺对其进行抗菌整理.为确定浸轧工作液渗透剂的类型和用量,测试了布样的润湿与沉降性能;对比分析了不同抗菌剂整理布样的菌落繁殖、抑菌带宽、尺寸变化、静电性能以及织物强力等指标.结果表明,工作液中添加JFC可提升布样的润湿性能,实验采用的3类不同抗菌剂整理布样均可抑制大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌菌落的繁殖,但抑菌带宽与抗菌剂类型、无纺布属性均有关,同时,不同抗菌剂整理对布样抗静电性能的影响存在较大差异;抗菌整理后布样外观尺寸没有明显变化,但布样强力有所下降.In order to prepare antibacterial polypropylene SMS non-w o v e n fabric,three kinds of represent-ative fabrics were chosen and finished using the padding process in this experiment.The wetting and set-tling performance of experimental fabrics were tested firstly to determine the type and dosage of pene-trating agent in padding solution. Comparison of fabrics finished by different antibacterial agents w a sthen analyzed through measuring colony reproducing antibacterial z o n e fabric appearance chan g e anti-static property fabric strength etc.Results s h o w e d that the wetting performance of fabric wou l d be i m -proved when penetrating agent JFC w a s added in padding solution. Both s. aureus (staphylococcus au-reus) and e.coii (escherichia coli) colony reproducing were inhibited in measuring of fabric finished by three different types of antibacterial agents,but the antibacterial z o n e w a s related to the type of antibac-terial agent and performance of experimental fabric. Meanwhilea big difference w a s existing in the anti-static property influence of finished fabrics by different antibacterial agents.Besides appearance of fabrics had not changed obviously,but breaking strength w a s decreased after this antibacterial finishing.
