摘　　要：为破解国防科技成果转化难题,深入研究了国防科技成果转化现状,指出问题主要表现为转化积极性不高、自主转化不畅、计划转化活力不够、高价值成果供给不足等,产生问题的原因主要在于认识不到位、驱动力缺乏、促转条件薄弱、系统协同不力等几个方面,提出了有针对性的对策建议。In order to solve the difficult problem about transformation of defense scientific and technological achievements,the article studies whose present situation deeply.It analyses the main problems such as positivity is not high,spontaneous transformation is not smoothly,transformation by project is not active,valuable achievements are not enough.Then it points out the reasons such as cognition is not in place,driving force is lack,promoting requirement is week,systematic coordination is not enough.Finally it puts forward targeted countermeasures.
