临床输血患者Rh血型表型分布及罕见DCCEE表型的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨临床输血患者Rh血型表型的分布特征。方法用抗-D、抗-C、抗-c、抗-E及抗-e的试剂分别与患者的血液标本进行凝集反应,明确Rh血型表型分布特点。结果 18 114例患者中,其中RhD阳性18 010例,RhD阴性104例。各表型的构成情况为:DCCee 7427例(占41.00%),DCcEe表型6 634例(占36.62%),DCcee表型1701例(占9.40%),Dcc EE表型1 390例(占7.67%),DccEe表型644例(占3.56%),DCCEe表型108例(占0.6%),Dccee表型86例(占0.47%),DCcEE表型19例(占0.10%),DCCEE表型<0.01%;dccee表型50例(占0.28%),d Ccee表型41例(占0.23%),dccEe表型6例(占0.03%),dCcEe表型4例(占0.02%),dCCee表型<0.02%。结论 RhD阳性患者以DCCee和DCcEe这2种表型为多见,RhD阴性患者以dccee和d Ccee这2种表型为多见。Objective To explore the distribution characteristics of Rh type phenotype in clinical blood transfusion patients.Methods Using antid,anti-c,anti-c,anti-e,and anti-e reagents were combined with the blood samples of patients and clear and definite the characteristics of the phenotypic distribution of Rh.Results In 18 114 patients,RhD positive 18010,RhD negative 104.The composition ratio of phenotype situation is： the DCCee phenotype in 7 427 cases（41.00%）,DCCee phenotype in 6 634 cases（36.62%）,DCCee phenotype in 1 701 cases（9.40%）,DCCee phenotype in 1 390 cases（7.67%）,DCCee phenotype in 644 cases（3.56%）,DCCee phenotype in 108 cases（0.6%）,DCCee phenotype in 86 cases（0.47%）,DCCee phenotypic 19 cases（0.10%）,DCCee phenotypic 〈0.01%; Dccee phenotype 50 cases（0.28%）,dccee phenotype 41 cases（0.23%）,dccee phenotype 6 cases（0.03%）,dccee phenotype 4 cases（0.02%）,dccee phenotype 〈0.02%.Conclusion the two types of RhD positive patients are DCCee and DCCee,and the RhD negative patients are more common with DCCee and DCCee.
