摘 要:本文回顾了近年来红细胞储存损伤的国内外文献,从储存红细胞的理化性状、生物代谢、献血者个体差异、血袋与保存液不同、白细胞去除等红细胞储存损伤的相关影响因素,介绍了红细胞储存损伤的最新研究进展,讨论了红细胞储存损伤热点问题"新""老"红细胞有无差异,并指出目前研究存在的根本问题是没有1个统一的标准来定义"新""老"红细胞。最后提出了研究红细胞储存损伤的重点应该放在红细胞的疗效上,而不是单纯的延长保存时间等,为红细胞储存与相关疗效的研究提供了一定指导意义。Previous studies have confirmed that red blood cells(RBCs) undergo several physicochemical changes when storage lesion occurs,which greatly affects the results of RBCs clinical applications.This paper reviewed the recent progress of RBCs storage lesion research and analyzed potential contributing factors from various angles: physicochemical properties,biological metabolism,blood bag,additive solution,and leukoreduction,etc.We here by point out several issues that remain to be further investigated: whether there are any differences between the"new"and the"old"RBCs and the potential problems it may cause due to the inability to setup universal standard to systematically characterize the age of RBCs.We would also suggest that,as for RBCs storage lesion studies,more efforts be made to look into RBCs application performances instead of merely being spent on improving the storage time of RBCs.We hope this review would provide a novel direction for RBCs storage and transfusion effect studies.
