摘 要:国内外建筑物地基基础不均匀沉降引起了大量的工程事故,轻则房屋墙体开裂,重则房屋结构整体或局部倾斜甚至倒塌,既有建筑改造增加的荷载是引起基础不均匀沉降的重要因素.对北京朝阳区某钢框架改造引起基础不均匀沉降进行了计算和试验分析.首先通过试验得出建筑物实测地基承载力特征值,然后通过理论公式计算基础的沉降值,发现其不满足规范规定,得出加建增加的荷载和结构体系的改变是引起该钢框架地基基础不均匀沉降的主要因素.There are a lot of complicated phenomena in system identification analysis of multi - storey steel structure building was carried out and reinforcement measures were put forward. The structure modification was ana-lyzed in detail^1. The authors,opinions on urban reconstruction and steel structure reinforcement etc. uation of the existing buildings, housing reconstruction and other issues were discussed . The construcof the prestressd concrete wall beam were proposed based on the pil^ type slection in the pil^ underpinning of soft soil foundation with the underpinning structure system as a whole work foundation^2^. Since the building reinforcement would cause additional load, produ-cing additional settlement on the foundation of existing buildings, the detection method? of founin practical engineering structure,and the effect of additional load on foundation settlement after the rstructure was analyzed.
