我国优秀女子铁饼运动员投掷过程中身体重心-器械加速合理性研究

摘　　要：采用2台高速摄像机,对现阶段我国8名女子铁饼优秀运动员投掷过程中身体环节的加速特征及存在的运动学特征研究发现:我国选手在技术上存在的最大特点是旋转速度快,但幅度小,普遍存在旋转节奏不清晰,单支撑阶段右腿向投掷方向跨越幅度小,和左腿的蹬伸动作配合效果差,腾空阶段身体重心在垂直方向起伏过大,水平方向移动效果差,用力阶段普遍存在左侧撑蹬用力效果差,器械出手时机偏早现象,造成力量向回转移,左侧身体用力不充分。根据存在的问题提出改进的建议和方法,为运动员提高技术的合理性提供帮助,进一步探索和总结项目特征、规律,逐渐提高人体运动的合理性,使训练更具有科学性和针对性。By using two high-speed cameras,the acceleration characteristics of physical link and the existing kinematics characteristics in throwing process for eight elite Chinese female discus athletes＇ at present stage was studied and the result showed that the biggest technology character for Chinese athletes was that the rotational speed was fast,but the extent was small;the rotation rhythm was not clear;the amplitude of right leg across to throw direction in single support phase was small;stretching effect with left leg was poor;the center of gravity in the vertical direction fluctuated at a big range;the moving effect on horizontal direction was poor.The force effect of the axial on the left side on forced phase was poor;the equipment getting off the hand was a little early,which caused the power return;the forcing of left side of the body was not sufficient.This research puts forward improvement suggestions and methods according to the present situation,in order to help athletes to improve the rationality of the technology,to further explore and summarize event characteristics and regulation,to improve the rationality of the human body movement gradually,and to make the training more scientific and targeted.
