摘 要:综述了商业化育种的特点及发达国家种业发展历程。分析了当前我国种业发展现状,提出国家应通过加大知识产权保护力度、构建新型科研成果转化机制及交易平台、种子管理部门转变职能加速商业化育种体系的建立。结合水稻育种实践及湖北省水稻生产实际,提出水稻品种选育目标应从全产业链角度出发,选育适合全程机械化生产的中稻和直播早晚稻、再生稻、高档优质稻、中粳或单季晚粳水稻品种。The characteristics of commercial breeding and the development of seed industry in developed countries were reviewed. The present situation of seed industry development in China was analyzed,and put forward that the country should strengthen the construction of commercial breeding system by strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights,constructing new scientific research transformation mechanism and trading platform,and changing the function of seed management department. According to the practice of rice breeding and the practice of rice production in Hubei Province,it was put forward that the target of rice variety selection should be based on the whole industry chain,the bred rice varieties should be situable to mechanization,such as the middle and late rice,fresh rice,high quality rice,medium japonica or single season late Japonica rice varieties.
