摘　　要：伴随着新媒体的快速发展,新媒体从业人员成为一支新的社会力量,对经济、政治、文化、社会和百姓日常生活产生深刻影响。分析了新媒体从业人员的特征,探讨了新媒体从业人员对社会公众的引领、示范、带动作用和对经济发展的促进作用,最后提出了加强新媒体从业人员统战工作的对策和建议。With the rapid development of new media,new media practitioners become a new social force,which has profound influence on economy,politics,culture,society and people's daily life.This paper analyzes the characteristics of new media practitioners,explores their role in guiding and leading the public,and discusses their performance in promoting economic growth;hence putting forward countermeasures and recommendations to strengthen the united front work of the new media practitioners.
