科技服务业的管理及大连金普新区科技服务业的管理对策

摘　　要：随着互联网时代的到来,科技及科技服务业受到了世界各国的广泛关注,中国也十分注重科技及科技服务业的发展,针对大连金普新区科技服务业的发展现状进行分析,阐述了科技服务业体系及构建的概念和科技服务业的管理机制。并提出要对现有科技服务业进行整合,促进不同科技中介机构的联系,形成服务标准化、机构社会化、组织网络化、发展国际化为特征的服务体系,并提出了针对性的建议及对策。With the advent of the Internet era,science and technology and its related service industries have attracted worldwide attention. Moreover,China attaches great importance to its development. This paper analyses the status-quo of science and technology service industry in Jinzhou New District of Dalian and introduces the concepts of science and technology industry service system and its foundation as well as the management mechanism of science and technology industry. Furthermore,the integration of science and technology industry,the promotion of links among different science and technology agents,and the establishment of service system characterized by service standardization,agents socialization,organizations networking and development internationalization are presented. Specific suggestions and countermeasures are offered.
