摘　　要：目的:探讨髂腹股沟轴型带蒂皮瓣在手外伤患者中的临床效果。方法:取2015-12~2016-10医院收治的手外伤患者24例,入院后完善相关检查,了解手外伤的原因,患者均采用带蒂髂腹股沟皮瓣进行修复,连续修复3个月,分析带蒂髂腹股沟皮瓣在手外伤患者中的修复效果。结果:入组24例患者经过髂腹股沟轴型皮瓣移植后皮瓣均取得成果。2例患者由于腹部肥胖,导致静脉回流受阻,术后24h皮瓣发生肿胀,经过处理后皮瓣雪云得到有效的改善。1例患者由于手外伤面积过大,皮瓣移植后1周伤口发生裂开,伤口经过处理后愈合。患者经过3个月随访均为发生破溃、挛缩,无股外侧皮神经受损。结论:手外伤患者采用带蒂髂腹股沟皮瓣修复效果理想,安全性较高,并发症发生率较低,值得推广应用。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of pedicled groin flap in hand trauma.Methods:24 patients with hand injury from December 2015 to October 2016 admitted to the hospital were selected.Relevant examination was improved after admission and the causes of hand injury were understood.Pedicled groin flap repair was administrated to patients.After 3 months treatment,effect of pedicled groin flap to hand trauma was evaluated.Results:All patients treated with transplantation of the groin flap had good treatment effect.Two patients had obstruction of venous reflux,flap swelling after surgery 24 h because of abdominal obesity.The skin flap snow cloud was effectively improved after treatment.One patient had rapture after surgery 1 week because hand injury area was too huge.The rapture began to heal after treatment.All patients were followed up for 3 months,and none of them suffered from rupture and contracture.Conclusion:Pedicled groin flap was an ideal treatment for patients with hand injury for its high safety,low complication rate,and was worthy of popularization and application.
