针灸联合自拟补肾壮骨汤改善骨质疏松症疼痛的效果

摘　　要：目的:浅析针灸联合自拟补肾壮骨汤改善骨质疏松症疼痛的临床效果观察。方法:选取2014-03~2016-03于本院就诊的骨质疏松症患者84例,随机分为两组,观察组和对照组患者各42例,对照组患者采取D2磷酸氢钙片、鲑鱼降钙素注射液和骨肽注射液治疗;观察组患者采取针灸联合自拟补肾壮骨汤治疗,两组患者在接受一段时间的治疗后,对两组患者的临床治疗效果分析。结果:两组患者在接受一段时间的治疗后,观察组患者的疼痛积分改善情况明显优于对照组,且观察组的患者的总有效率为95.2%;对照组患者总有效率为83.3%。观察组患者的总有效率要明显高于对照组患者,两组患者的治疗效果有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:在临床上可以采用针灸联合自拟补肾壮骨汤对骨质疏松症的患者进行治疗,能有效改善患者治疗效果,值得在临床上广泛应用。Objective:To primary analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with kidney strong bone soup to osteoporosis pain.Methods:84 patients with osteoporosis from our department between March 2014 and March 2016 were randomly divided into two groups:observation group and control group.Patients in control group took D2 calcium hydrogen phosphate tablets,salmon calcitonin injection and bone peptide injection;Patients in observation group were treated with acupuncture combined with kidney strong bone soup.After a period of treatment,the clinical therapeutic effect for patients was analyzed.Results:After treatment,pain score of patients in observation group was obviously better than that of patients in control group.The total effective rate in observation group and control group were 95.2% and 83.3% respectively.Observation group patients had much higher total effective rate than control group patients.Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with kidney strong bone soup can improve patients' treatment effect,is worth wide application clinically.
