摘 要:青藓(Brachythecium procumbens)和细叶小羽藓(Haplocladium microphyllum)是公园绿地中广泛分布的有观赏价值的藓类植物.研究了栽培基质、营养液组成及其浓度、光照强度、配子体播种方式4个因素对秋冬季节青藓和细叶小羽藓植株生长的影响,获得了两种藓类植物的人工栽培的优化栽培方案.栽培青藓的方案如下:采用泥炭:蛭石按1∶1体积比混合的基质,将配子体植株剪成细碎小段(长约1 mm)种植,以全光照为条件,使用1/2剂量Hoagland&Arnon通用配方营养液,基质p H值为5.841,电导率(EC值)为140.2μS/cm,总孔隙度74.30%,大小空隙比1∶5.84;栽培细叶小羽藓的方案为:以泥炭:蛭石按2∶1体积比混合的基质,将配子体剪成细碎小段(长约1 mm)种植,以全光照为条件,并使用1/2剂量Hoagland&Arnon通用配方营养液,基质p H值为5.764,EC值为165.4μS/cm,总孔隙度76.82%,大小空隙比1∶4.33.Brachythecium procumbens and Haplocladium microphyllum,two moss species widely distributing in parks and green areas,are of ornamental value in cities. Four factors which are matrix composition,nutrient solution composition and concentration,light intensity and gametophyte length,were included in the optimization of cultivation scheme for these two moss species. The effects of the factors on the biomass and maximum quantum yield of B. procumbens and H. microphyllum were detected under experimental condition. B. procumbens is suggested to cultivate on a matrix with peat and vermiculite at 1 ∶ 1 volume ratio,in full light,to spray Hoagland & Arnon nutrient solution diluted twice by using its gametophytes at a length of ca. 1. 0 mm; the ideal matrix is characterized by 5. 841 pH,a conductivity of 140. 2 μS·cm-1,a total porosity at 74. 30%,a ratio of large porosity and small porosity at 1 ∶ 5. 8 4.
