摘　　要：目的优选肝肾滋总多糖的最佳提取工艺。方法以总多糖含量为评价指标,采用正交试验法优选肝肾滋总多糖的最佳提取工艺。结果肝肾滋总多糖的最佳工艺条件为,浸泡1 h,加10倍量水,回流2 h,提取2次。结论该提取工艺简便、稳定,可用于肝肾滋总多糖的提取。Objective To optimize extraction process of total polysaccharides from Ganshenzi. Methods With the content of total polysaccharide as the evaluation index,the optimum extraction process of total polysaccharides from Ganshenzi was optimized by orthogonal test. Results The optimum process conditions of total polysaccharide of Ganshenzi were soaking 1 h, adding water 10 times, refluxing 2 h,extracting 2 times. Conclusion The extraction process is simple and stable,which can be used for the extraction of total polysac-charides from Ganshenzi.
