摘 要:目的建立测定蒙成药五味沙棘颗粒中栀子苷含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法色谱柱为Thermo Scientific ODS-2 Hypersil柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.5%磷酸,梯度洗脱,流速为1 m L/min,柱温为25℃,进样量为20μL,检测波长为237 nm。结果栀子苷进样量在0.144~1.44μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为96.11%,RSD=0.74%(n=6)。结论该方法操作便捷,准确度高,重复性好,适用于测定蒙成药五味沙棘颗粒中栀子苷的含量。Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of geniposide in Wuweishaji Granules. Methods The chromato-graphic column was Thermo scientific ODS - 2 Hypersil column ( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase was acetonitrile - 0.5% phosphoric acid, gradient elution, the flow rate was 1 mL/min, the temperature was 25 ℃, the sample injection was 20 μL, and the detection wavelength was 237 nm. Results The geniposide showed good linear of 0. 144 - 1. 44μg ( r = 0. 999 9 ) , the average recovery rate was 96. 11%, and the RSD was 0.74% (n = 6 ) . Conclusion The method is convenient, accurate and reproducible. It is suitable for the determination of geniposide in Wuweishaji Granules of Mongolian patent medicine.
