摘 要:采用十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)与六水氯化铝(AlCl_3·6H_2O)复合改性膨润土制备具有较高吸附性能的改性膨润土,同时研究了复合改性膨润土对氨氮废水的处理效果。通过单因素试验得出AlCl_3·6H_2O与SDS复合改性膨润土的最佳制备条件:SDS/膨润土质量分数为8%,AlC1_3·6H_2O质量浓度为50mg/mL,搅拌时间为30 min,搅拌速度为350 r/min,搅拌温度为40℃。对得到的复合改性膨润土进行表征,再用其处理氨氮废水,得到最佳工艺条件:投土量为3 g,搅拌时间为20 min,搅拌速度为200 r/min。氨氮废水浓度为300 mg/L时,氨氮去除率达88.41%。Composite modified bentonite with high adsorption capacity was prepared by the application of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) and aluminum chloride hexahydrate (AlCl3 · 6H2O) . Meanwhile,effect of the composite modified bentonite for treatment of ammonia nitrogen wastewater was investigated. According to the results of single factor experiment,the best preparation conditions of the composite modified bentonite were obtained,where the weight ratio of SDS/bentonite was 0.8,mass concentration of AlCl3 · 6H2O was 6%,stirring time was 30 min,stirring rate was 350 r/min,and stirring temperature was 40 丈.Characteristics of the composite modified bentonite was studied. Then,the best processing conditions were found out for the treatment of ammonia nitrogen wastewater by the use of composite modified bentonite,where the dosage of Al _ S _ B was 3 g,stirring time was 20 min,stirring rate was 200 r/ min. When concentration of ammonia nitrogen was 300 mg/L,removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was 88.41%.
