摘  要:为了控制BAF中红线虫数量,选用次氯酸钠、高锰酸钾、聚维铜碘和双氧水四种常用药剂进行红线虫的灭活试验,研究在不同投药量、接触时间、pH和温度条件下的灭活效果。结果表明,次氯酸钠的灭活效果最好,投加量为10mg/L,接触时间在30 min内,红线虫灭活率达到100%;高锰酸钾投加量为6 mg/L,接触时间至150 min后,红线虫灭活率达到100%;聚维铜碘和双氧水杀灭效果较差。同时对次氯酸钠灭活红线虫的CT值(药物浓度与消毒时间的乘积)进行了初步探讨,最佳CT值为600~800,C≥6 mg/L。To control the quantity of tubificidae in B A F,inactivation efficacy of the worms by four chemicals, sodium hypochlorite, potassium permanganate,povidone copper iodine and hydrogen peroxide respectively were compared. Inactivation efficacy at different dosage,contact time,pH Value and temperature were studied. The results showed that sodium hypochlorite was better. Inactivation rate could reach 100% in dosage of 10 m g / L and contact time of 30 minutes. Inactivation rate of potassium permanganate could reach 100% in dosage of 6 mg/L and contact time of 150 minutes. The effect of povidone copper iodine and hydrogen peroxide were bad. C T value of tubificidae inactivation of sodium hypochlorite dioxide was studied preliminarily. Best C T value was 600-800 and the concentration was more than 6 mg/L.
