摘　　要：在工业催化剂生产过程中,浸渍设备的优劣直接决定了催化剂产品的质量、生产成本和生产效率,因此需要根据催化剂制备工艺的要求,选择合适的浸渍设备。按照浸渍工艺分类,介绍了固体催化剂工业级过饱和浸渍设备,包括连续移动式浸渍装置、流道式浸渍装置和浸渍罐式浸渍装置;以及饱和浸渍设备,包括滚球机、转鼓机、双锥回转浸渍器和和移动式浸渍设备;对这2类浸渍设备的基本构造、运行原理和设备的优缺点进行了综述,为催化剂生产厂家选型浸渍设备制造不同催化剂提供了参考。提高催化剂浸渍设备原始创新水平是提高催化剂制备技术、降低催化剂生产费用的重要环节。The performance of impregnation equipment directly determines the catalyst quality, production therefore,the appropriate impregnation equipment needs to be selected according to the requirement of catalyst preparation in the pro-duction process of industrial catalysts. According to the process of impregnation,solid catalyst industrial - grade impregnation equip-ment is divided into supersaturated impregnated equipment （ e. g. continuous moving impregnation devicand dipping tank） and saturated impregnated equipment （e. g. coating machine,drum mixer,twin rotations mobile impregnating equipment）. The basic structure, operation principle and applied characteristic of the two kinds of impregnation e-quipment is summarized, which can provide a reference for the catalyst manufacturers to select impregnation equipment to manufacture different catalysts. In the impregnated process of catalyst production,selection of the proper impregnation equipment the catalyst preparation process. The improvement of original innovation level for catalyst impregnation equipment is an important part toimprove the catalyst preparation technology and reducc production cost.
