摘 要:为深入研究某新型蒸汽脉冲式声频清灰装置内的流动情况,建立了清灰器三维流道几何模型,并按照几何模型的复杂程度采用分区域法划分网格。通过Fluent软件对清灰装置内流道进行数值模拟计算,分析不同开度下装置内流体流动特性以及开度与速度对流道压损的影响作用。研究结果表明:流道内压降主要用来克服狭缝区因节流造成的压损,随着开度由20%增大至100%,狭缝区压力分布变化最剧烈的部位由上、下狭缝交接处逐渐上移至环形腔体与上狭缝交汇处;环形腔流道内流体由两侧对称流动,并且由两个狭长的旋涡逐渐变成绝大多数流体逆时针流动、少部分顺时针流动,旋涡数量变为一个且规模变小;流体总压降随狭缝开度增大而减小,且减小幅度随开度的增加逐渐降低,同一开度下,入口流动速度对流场总压降影响较小。结合中、大开度下清灰装置压降较小、流动稳定性较好这一情况,建议装置多在中、大开度下运行,以改善其稳定性并减少能量损耗。To investigate a new type of steam pulsed acoustic dust cleaning device,the geometrical model of the three-dimensional flow path is established,and the domain is meshed according to the complexity of the geometric model.The flow characteristics of the fluid in the device with different opening degrees and the effects of opening and velocity on the pressure drop of the flow channel are investigated via the numerical simulation of the flow path in the cleaning device by Fluent software.The results show that the pressure drop in the runner is mainly used to overcome the pressure loss caused by throttling.As the opening increases from 20% to 100%,the most severe pressure distribution in the slit area is gradually moved from the junction of upper and lower slit to the junction of the annular cavity and the upper slit;the flow in the annular cavity changes from symmetrical at both sides and having two narrow vortices,to the counterclockwise flow in most region and a small part clockwise,and only one smaller scale of vortex exists.As the slit opening increases,the total pressure drop in the flow field decreases,and the greater opening,the smaller change in total pressure drop.The inlet flow velocity exertsless influence on the total pressure drop of the flow field.For a smaller pressure drop and a better flow stability,it is suggested that the device ought to operate at medium and large opening to reduce energy loss.
