合欢皮对蟾蜍坐骨神经干兴奋性的影响

摘　　要：观察合欢皮溶液对蟾蜍离体坐骨神经干兴奋性的影响.通过分离出蟾蜍坐骨神经干,分别用 任氏液标准液（对照组）,100g·L-1、25g ·L-1、6.25g ·L-1、1 .562g·L-1 （试验组）的合欢皮溶液浸泡30s－60s ,以及在12.5g ·L-1合欢皮溶液中分别浸泡30s、60s、90s、120s、150s , 置于神经屏蔽盒,记录不同 刺激时间单刺激产生最小动作电位时所需的阀刺激强度,绘制强度/v- 时间/m s曲线.结果表明,与任氏 液比较,各浓度合欢皮溶液浸泡30s ,以及在12.5g ·L-1合欢皮溶液中浸泡不同的时间对蟾蜍坐骨神经干的 兴奋性均有不同程度的兴奋作用,其兴奋作用均随着合欢皮溶液浓度的升高以及浸泡时间的延长而减小.结 论是合欢皮水煎剂可提高离体坐骨神经干的兴奋性,降低其兴奋阈值.To observe the effects of Albizia solution on the action potential of the toad sciatic nerve trunk in vitro. Methods： The sciatic nerve trunks of toads were isolated and soaked respectively in Ringer’s solution （thecontrol group） and Albizia solution containing different concentration of Albizia （1.5625g · L , 6.25 g · L , 25g· L-1, 100g· L1） for 30s and soaked in different time （30s, 60s, 90s, 120s） in the same concentration of Albizia （12.5g · L-1）. The nerve trunks were placed on the neural shielding box and stimulated with single electricity increasing of stimulation time. Record the threshold stimulus intensity when action potentials were generated and draw the threshold stimulus intensity （v）-time （ms） curve. Results： Comparison with Ringer solution, the concentration of each solution soak Albizia 30s, as well as 12.5g · L-1 solution soak Albizia cook different times toad sciatic nerve excitability have varying degrees of excitement, with all its stimulant significantly increased and prolonged immersion time Albizia concentration decreases. Conclusion： Albizia crude extracts in vitro can be excited sciatic nerve excitability, reducing their excitability threshold.
