摘　　要：随着经济社会的发展,高校招生改革的变化,高职院校大学生心理健康问题日益突出.在新形势下,高职院 校迫切需要在依托学校心理健康教育工作的基础上构建院系二级心理健康教育工作体系.本文以高职院校心理健康教育工 作中存在的问题为出发点,分析了构建院系二级管理模式下心理健康教育工作体系的必要性、体系构建设想、运行模式三 个方面进行阐述,为高职院系二级心理健康教育工作体系的构建提供参考.With the development of economy and society, the change of college admission reform, the mental health problems of slxidents in higher vocational colleges are becoming more and more prominent. Higher vocational colleges are pressed for the education work system on the basis of the mental health of education under the new situation. This paper regards the problems of mental health of higher vocational colleges as a starting point, analyzes the need, the system construction assumption and the operational mode of building mental health education system on secondary management to provide a reference for the construction of the education system of secondary mental health in higher vocational colleges.
